How do I pay?
You can pay conveniently via the internet using your credit card. We accept MasterCard and VISA.
Until what time can I make a booking?
Bookings for the scheduled shuttle service can be made up to 12 hours in advance. Bookings for the VIP shuttle and the helicopter have to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
How do I book a return journey?
After you have placed your journey in the basket in step 2, under step 3 select ‘additional journeys /return’. You will then land at step 1 again where you will be able to book your return and other journeys. It is only then that your return journey discount will be made.
Do I have to confirm my return journey?
No. Please be ready at the time stated (see booking confirmation) and you will automatically be collected within half an hour from the requested time. Please wait outside the hotel entrance.
Until what time can I change my booking?
Standard shuttle service up to 12 hours, VIP shuttle up to 24 hours before the start of your journey using the pin code on your booking confirmation, or by telephoning our serviceline at the stated times.
Do I have to reserve a shuttle?
Yes, since the respective shuttle only operates, when guests have booked the respective shuttle.
If my flight is late will the shuttle wait on me?
Standard shuttle: no.
VIP Shuttle: 1 hour: no extra cost, from the 2nd hour there is a surcharge of € 30.--/hour, which is to be paid directly to the driver.
I have booked a standard shuttle and my flight is late. Can I travel on the next shuttle?
Normally yes. On the condition that the shuttle was booked by at least 1 person in advance and space permits. Is there a charge for this? No.
If my flight is late and the shuttle is no longer operating I am reimbursed?
No, in such cases we advise that you have travel insurance (see the terms and conditions).
Should I not use the shuttle can I be reimbursed?
Generally no. In such cases we advise that you have travel insurance (see the terms and conditions).
I want to book a standard shuttle but I cannot see my travel destination, what do I do?
Click on the ‘Home’ button top right and select your travel destination (Zell am See/Kaprun, Saalbach/Hinterglemm, Saalfelden/Leogang, Maria Alm or Fieberbrunn).
Does my child need a child seat?
We only provide booster seats upon availability. Please make a note under the ‘Notes’ tab if booster seats are required. Baby seats and child seats are no longer offered.
I am booking and paying for another passenger, will my name appear on the booking?
No, only the name entered under contact details (step 5) will be printed on the booking confirmation.
I have booked with my credit card but have not received a confirmation – has my booking been received?
Call the serviceline or send a short mail, the booking will be checked and if payment has indeed been effected we will send you a booking confirmation by mail.
