How do I pay?
You pay comfortably over the Internet with your credit card. We accept Mastercard or VISA.

My child needs a child seat?
If you need a child seat, then please fill this out under the field "Remarks" in step 2 of your reservation.

Until when can I book?
Reservations for the Holiday shuttle are accepted until 12 hours before.
Reservations for our Holiday shuttle - VIP taxi or helicopter must take place at least 24 hours before.

How do I book the returnjourney?
After you put your order in the shopping basket in step 2, you choose in step 3 “back to selection” or “step 1”. Now you are back in Step 1 where you can order your returnjourney. Only then the discount is written to you of EUR 5.00 p.P with shuttle travels or 5% with VIP - travels.

Must I confirm my returnjourney?
No, you are fetched automatically at the indicated time on your reservation.

I book for another passenger, do I see my name on the reservation?
No, only the name which you enter under contact (step 5) is printed on the reservation.

I have paid with my credit card, but didn't get a booking confirmation - did my payment arrive?
Please call our hotline, we will check if you booking came thru and send you a confirmation per email or fax.

How can I change my booking ?
Call our hotline between 11:00 and 13:00 hours.
Until when can I change my booking ? Until 24 hours before.
How do I pay the fee for the change in booking ? Cash, by the driver.

If my flight is delayed, will the Shuttle wait for me? No.

If my flight is delayed, can I take the next shuttle? Yes if there are seats available. Do I have to pay extra? No.

If my flight is delayed and there are no more shuttle's, do I get my money back?
No, we recommend a travel insurance. (see our Terms and Conditions)

If I don't make use of my shuttle, do I get my money back?
No, we recommend a travel insurance. (see our Terms and Conditions)

Do I have to book for a shuttle?
Yes, absolutely! Our shuttle service drives only then if on the respective date and time guests in-booked themselves.

I can't book in, the programm keeps shutting down - what is wrong?
Try the latest Browser or you are using a wrong letter combination <O'Conner> <O'Donnel>.
